We are seeking a motivated, flexible and talented Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our busy Real Estate Office located in Box Hill.
The company offers a dynamic working environment and will suit an ambitious person who enjoys a variety of roles, responsibilities and challenges. Mandarin speaker and Accounts Experience would be advantage.
Essential qualities and skills include:
- Above average Microsoft office skills with;
- Exceptional excel skills and experience in formal set ups for spreadsheets;
- Team based player and thrives in a busy office;
- Excellent attention to detail in all areas of your work;
- Excellent communication skills with people of all levels;
- Well orignised and great time management skills;
- MYOB experience is essential;
- Professional and friendly phone manner;
- willingness to learn and be part of a team environment
- General Accounting and ledger reconciliations;
- Assistant with preparation of budgets and forecasts;
- Preparation of reports;
- General accounting reconciliations, receivables and payables;
- Assist with a variety of administration duties
