We are seeking a motivated, flexible and talented Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our busy Real Estate Office located in Box Hill.

The company offers a dynamic working environment and will suit an ambitious person who enjoys a variety of roles, responsibilities and challenges. Mandarin speaker and Accounts Experience would be advantage. 

Essential qualities and skills include:

  • Above average Microsoft office skills with;
  • Exceptional excel skills and experience in formal set ups for spreadsheets;
  • Team based player and thrives in a busy office;
  • Excellent attention to detail in all areas of your work;
  • Excellent communication skills with people of all levels;
  • Well orignised and great time management skills;
  • MYOB experience is essential;
  • Professional and friendly phone manner;
  • willingness to learn and be part of a team environment¬†

Duties include:

  • General Accounting and ledger reconciliations;
  • Assistant with preparation of budgets and forecasts;
  • Preparation of reports;
  • General accounting reconciliations, receivables and payables;
  • Assist with a variety of administration duties
