Regent RV Pty Ltd is proudly owned by the “New Gonow Group”, head office in Shanghai.  Our company has been producing caravans for the Australian & NZ market for more than 25 years.  We pride ourselves on good workmanship, positive thinking, accuracy and a high level of customer service.  

We are currently building caravans and motorhomes under Regent and Snowy River brands.

Our 14000sq.m facility is located in Somerton, the heart of the caravan industry in Australia.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the position of Administration Officer and Data Entry.  

The Role

This role handles all invoice processing for the business together with some administration work. Your key responsibilities will include:

• The accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices and employee reimbursements.
• Doucument filing. 
• Reconciliation of credit card, paypal account and cash.
• Order confirmation generating.
• Admisnitration work including data updating, spreadsheet maintaining, etc.

Skills and Experiences Requirements:

• It is preferred that the candidate has previous working experience.
• It is preferred that the candidate has an accounting background or understanding basic accounting principles.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin is essential.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) is required, plus skills in MYOB EXO or other ERP systems are an advantage.
• Outstanding time management, multi-tasking skills and strong attention to detail
• A hands-on approach to work and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time frames to achieve deadlines
