AVH Business Services is a well-established Accounting Practice specialising in Bookkeeping, Payroll, BAS and HR. We service clients all over Australia with a strong focus on the construction industry.  We specialise in Xero with an emphasis on streamlining processes for our clients and implementing procedures and policies for Accounting, Human Resource Management and essentially providing our clients with an holistic approach to business solutions and services.

Due to multiple business referrals resulting in a waiting list of new clients, plus existing client demand, we are needing someone to join our team of 7 high achievers and take ownership of a few of our fabulous clients.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing accounts payable and receivable invoices
  • End to end payroll
  • Staying up to date with ever changing compliance dates throughout the industry (for clients and our practice alike)
  • Preparation of BAS, IAS, Payroll Tax, TPAR, Superannuation returns and Fuel Tax Credits
  • Financial Reports
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Complete Xero set ups and conversions
  • Employee contracts, HR intermediary services (whilst liaising with our external HR lawyers)
  • Recruitment processes and assistance for our clients
  • Assistance with Grant Applications
  • Training in Xero, basic bookkeeping principles,
