Accountant - Manager - Pathway to Partnership!!

The Company
Our client is a highly regarded boutique accounting firm that provides professional services in the areas of Accounting and Taxation, Taxation structuring and advice, Wealth creation, SMSF and Audit.

Due to transition in the business and a pending retirement, they are seeking an experienced Manager who is looking for a true and genuine partnership opportunity. 
 
The role involves driving the business forward and managing a team with a sizeable portfolio of clients. The core focus of your role will be to support and develop a strong team whilst building and maintaining client relationships.
 
You will be someone who is committed to professional growth, enjoys challenge and will be able to prioritise, delegate and manage workflow for your team. You will be a natural leader, which will enable you to mentor, inspire, train, and transfer your knowledge to a developing team.

  
Ideally, you will:

•  Have a minimum 10 years' local experience in Public Practice
•  Be CA/CPA Qualified
•  Have previous staff management experience
•  Be able to grow and develop a client base
•  Have excellent time management skills
•  Have a desire to excel and develop the practice
