Due to recent growth, we are looking for an experienced assistant accountant to join our team based in Auckland CBD. This full time role will work closely with the company’s financial team.

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing financial report for management team
• Data analysing and interpreting company financial status
• Accounts Payables & Receivables reconciliations
• Bank  and balance sheet reconciliations
• Payroll  
• GST, PAYE,
• Assisting in completion of financial auditing

The right candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an accounts role in NZ
• A tertiary qualification majoring in Accounting
• Competent user of Xero and Excel
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Excellent time keeping skills
• Food or dairy industry experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Mandarin Speaking
• legal rights to work in New Zealand
