What are we looking for?
Due to growth, PwC’s Hawke’s Bay office is recruiting for an Accountant with three or more years’ experience.

What would you be doing?
Providing practical, high quality technical advice to a diverse range of clients on accounting and tax advisory assignments
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management accounts and/or tax returns, as well as all types of work associated with a Chartered Accountants office

What do you need to bring to the role?
Experience in a CA environment or a Business Advisory role;
A strong understanding of standard business processes (GST, PAYE, cash flow issues)
Well-honed accounting skills and experience in Cloud accounting solutions
Experienced in utilising Xero
Strong ties to the Hawkes Bay, or a desire to relocate
Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
Experienced in delegating with a desire to move into a managerial role
A motivated and energetic approach to your work
A good eye for detail
Ideally, a degree in Commerce or Accounting, or CIMA or CPA qualified
