Accounting Manager - Business Services & Tax

A brilliant opportunity exists for an Accounting Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Director of Business Services, your key duties will include:

• Leading a team of up to 6 staff
• Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for clients
• Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence on behalf of clients
• Coaching, mentoring & helping with development of junior staff
• Assist the Manager and/or Director with advisory/consulting engagements including cash flow forecasting, business acquisition/sale and specialist tax advice
• Liaising with clients and on occasion working from client premises if required and appropriate
• Ad-hoc projects

To be considered for this role, you will be degree qualified and CA/CPA qualified or working towards this. You will have 5 - 7 years' experience working in a professional services firm and ready to manage a team. You will also have strong communication skills with proven ability to deal with stakeholders, be autonomous in nature and have excellent excel skills.
