Dream Benchtops 

Busy and fast-growing stonemason is looking for an accounts payable/receivable administrator available to work 2-3 days a week.

Servicing all of Southeast Queensland and Northern New South Wales manufacturing stone benchtops in residential and commercial, new builds, renovators.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, motivated, and hardworking office administrator with accounts payable/receivable experience to provide professional, responsive, and accurate administrative support to the management teams while maintaining excellent customer-based service and focus.

This position is a role that will grow as the company continues to expand. Initially, 2 days a week 9-3 pm with potential for additional days/hours so the right candidate needs to be flexible and planning on increasing their working hours over the coming year. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts payable and receivable functions using Myob
  • Credit card and banking reconciling.
  • Capable and confident at using new computer systems for job scheduling 

Providing key administrative support the role will also include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and updating digital filing systems ensuring accuracy.
  • Emailing communications, directing telephone calls accordingly and/or accurately taking messages, assist clients with phone enquires.
  • General office tasks, mail, banking if required.
  • Liaising directly with the directors and management teams along with our tradesman. 
  • Using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel, MYOB, Google drive and other industry-specific programs 
  • Updating internal reports.
