O F Resource Recovery Pty Ltd

Located in Laverton North, we are a dynamic, innovative and fast paced resource recovery company. We work with a wide variety of clients ranging from SME to large multi-national organisations.

Our company is rapidly expanding and we are seeking to employ a part time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role you will be provided with full in house training and ongoing support, along with opportunities for career progression and advancement.

Over time, the role will expand and will be adapted to suit the right candidate as you progress with the company. 

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Full Payroll Function (from onboarding new employees to STP and Superannuation)
  • Bookkeeping
  • Accounts receivable/payable
  • Invoicing & data entry
  • Monitoring and Preparation of Cashflow reports
  • Receipting claims
  • Preparation & lodgement of BAS
  • Client inbound and outbound communication
  • General admin

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies and experiences:

  • Attention to detail is a necessity
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise duties
  • Strong organisational skills and critical thinking skills
  • High level of English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Previous experience in a similar role required
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Advance MYOB and EXCEL skills required
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an accounts position or similar role
