Goodline requires an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team located at head office in Birtinya on a full time basis. This position will suit someone who is looking for a challenge in a high volume, fast paced environment.

  Key responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry
  • Raising and managing jobs
  • Liaising with various clients
  • Work to resolve queries and disputes
  • Answering phones and dealing with clients

Essential:

  • Prior experience in administration roles
  • Ability to process job orders (remove)
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Accuracy in data entry
  • Prior experience in the construction & mining industry advantageous

Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm
  • Office in Birtinya
  • Off street parking
  • Social Club Events

The successful applicant must be able to display the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, be proactive and show initiative. As well as display excellent organisational and time management skills.
