We are currently seeking an accounts administrator on a part time basis
Dustex Ltd is an established environmental company that designs and builds custom equipment for the growing air pollution control industry.
We are looking for a self-motivated, competent person to manage our company’s bookkeeping. This part time role is initially for 16 hours per week with flexible hours centered around timely completion of tasks. Parking is provided.
This role has the potential to expand into the company’s procurement, expediting and small project functions for the right person.
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for:
Assisting in AP/AR processing and reporting
Xero payroll and leave management
Reconcile financial statements
Submit tax forms
Identify and address discrepancies
Our successful applicant will have:
Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
Hands on experience with XERO and XERO payroll software.
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Experienced with Microsoft Excel
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Experience with IRD and GST
Effective communication skills
