Accounts Administrator

Based in their Head Office here in Wellington you will become a pivotal part of the team undertaking a mix of finance administration duties. We are looking for a self-starter and someone who can be trusted to get on with the job in a professional manner.

Your day will be varied and will see you undertake the following:

• Accounts payable and receivable processing for the company as well as their subsidiaries
• Accounts inbox management
• Bank reconciliations
• Journal entries
• Banking and reporting
• Vendor set up and maintenance
• Supplier relationship management
• Assisting with annual audit queries relating to AP/AR
• Back up support for expense claim and visa expenditure processing
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to internal and external contacts
• General administration support as required

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

• A good eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of your work
• Strong time management skills to complete work within certain timeframes
• Strong relationship skills to build rapport across the business
• Be a quick learner and offer a positive attitude
• Technical ability to use their accounting systems and Excel

You may be a recent Graduate with some work experience and are ready to roll your sleeves up and prove yourself or you may have previous accounts experience in a similar role and looking for your next challenge.
