This established manufacturer based in the South East suburbs are seeking a suitably qualified Accounts Administrator to assist with the clearing of a backlog of work for a period of 9 months, possibly longer.
The role will involve managing purchase order and invoice variances, analysing invoice information and assisting with the reconciliation where required, updating supplier information, communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including A/P, suppliers etc and other adhoc duties as required.
To secure this role you will have proven experience in the use of SAP in an accounts setting. You will have strong Microsoft skills particularly with Excel and will have excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills. You will be capable of working both autonomously or as part of a team and will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, distribution or similar would be well regarded but is not essential.
This role is based onsite in Clayton, working Monday to Friday.
