Residential Buildings Services Ltd provides a nationwide accounting service to the Jennian Homes franchises throughout New Zealand as well as other clients.  We pride ourselves on delivering timely and accurate information to our clients.

We are seeking a professional and organised Accounts Administrator to provide high quality support for our business.  

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Processing purchase orders and matching invoices
• Reconciling creditor statements 
• Assisting with invoice queries
• Loading quotes and updating information 
• Collating documentation for build projects

To be successful you'll need to have:

• Experience with MYOB Exo accounting software
• A passion for accuracy and meeting deadlines
• A professional and practical approach to getting the work done
• Advanced excel skills
