We are a well established and privately owned business providing premium cleaning services to commercial, industrial and educational sites.

We are looking for a well organised and motivated individual to join our growing team based in Yagoona. Hours are 7.30am-4pm Monday to Friday. Immediate start.

Role Description

  • Provide all round accounts support - payable and receivable
  • Accounts duties including but not limited to entering purchases, invoicing customers, bank reconciliation, budgeting forecasting using MYOB
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Answer telephone and email enquires
  • Diary management for accounts purpose to ensure that additional works/washroom order invoices are sent in a timely manner
  • Create reports and keep current reporting documents up to date via excel and word

To be successful in this role you will need to have the drive to succeed and willingness to learn and grow as the business grows.  You will ideally have previous accounts experience with a high level attention to detail and accuracy and have a quick typing speed.  You will be required to multi-task and be highly organised.

The ideal candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.  You will also need experience in MYOB, MS Word and Excel
