The Role:

Reporting to the Accountant, this full-time permanent role is responsible for supporting the finance function in the day to day activities that help achieve set objectives.  Working closely with the Company Accountant, you will carry out duties that include, but not limited to:

• bank reconciliations and cash variance reporting including petty cash
• weekly and month end invoicing
• processing rent and other expenses related invoices to Franchisees
• various ad hoc tasks to support the wider team
• Responsible for recording invoices and expenses timely and accurately
• Review role related financial procedures and processes
• Monitor data integration to ERP (AX)
• Responsible for some Accounts Payable tasks
• Participate in Basware rollout

The core focus is to ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner and accurately in line with appropriate internal controls and procedures for the Pacific Cluster.

You will be part of a team of 11 people, so plenty of room for succession.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has solid experience and knowledge within Finance transactional accounting and will be very comfortable working in a fast paced, highly dynamic and deadline driven environment.

Education/Experience:

• 1-3 years experience -  retail/wholesale experience preferred
• Experience using a large ERP system
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Numeracy skill levels
