Title: Accounts Assistant - Part Time role 3 days per week

This is a role working closely with Accounts and Sales personnel.
The successful candidate must have previous accounting experience using MYOB accounting software.
Essential requirements of this position are strong computer skills, proficiency with Office 365 is a must and high attention to detail.
We are a tight, small team and need a switched-on individual with loads of Initiative and the ability to work to a tight schedule.
- Entering terms from Sales excel spreadsheet into data bases for Australia and New Zealand. This could be for 300 plus sites and needs a person with good excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Collecting, entering, reconciling results by film, by location into the database. This is in preparation for upload into the accounting system for invoicing, so needs to be accurate.
- Regular reconciliation of film results between database and accounting software required for Quarterly Royalty Reporting.
- Support for Accounts Payable invoice entry is required as well.
