Our Australian Skin Clinics business is looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant/Accounts Payable on a 3 Month contract to join our Support Office team in Doncaster 3 days a week (Wednesday-Friday).

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the main responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

• Handle full function of Accounts Payable
• Credit card maintenance & reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliations
• Assist with Company Store Payroll if required.
• Accounts Receivable (limited exposure)
• Assist with month – end preparation
• Ad hoc duties and projects

The ideal candidate will 2-3 years experience in a similar Accounts Assistant role (Major focus on Accounts Payable). Retail/Franchise experience is advantageous. You must have excellent and accurate administration skills including Word and Outlook and have intermediate to high-level Microsoft Excel skills. You’ll have proven ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines with a high-level of attention to detail. Previous experience with NetSuite Accounting Package will be highly regarded, but not a must.
