We currently require an Accounts Assistant & Office Administrator to join our existing team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with previous experience in a similar position.

Qualifications & experience

  • Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience
  • Competent with the entire Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Understanding of GST regulations
  • Experience with Xero preferred but not required
  • Experience with SimPro preferred but not required

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Office administration duties
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Project job creation for both Solar and Lighting
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Travel Co-ordination
  • Freight Management
  • Other Ad-hoc duties
