Accounts Clerk - Xero

The Company

Our client is a large wholesaler based in Sydney's North. They are seeking an immediately available Accounting Clerk to join their business as they go through a period of growth. The chosen candidate will support the Accountant to conduct transactional work and act as a point of contact to the wider business.

The Role

• Process between 60 - 80 invoices per day
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Chase aged debtors and conduct collection calls
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Support the payroll function

Your Skills & Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field.
• Extraordinary experience in a similar role spanning at least two years.
• Forward-thinking skills in MS Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills.
