About the role You'll be working directly alongside a team of data entry and bookkeeping Ninjas. As NDIS Plan Managers, the major focus of our work is coding and processing invoices for our NDIS Participants. This work includes processing reimbursements and invoices using the NDIS price guide and our own custom Plan Management System. You'll also be responsible for liaising with clients and providers, problem-solving day to day issues, and following up on client requests. This role comes with a high level of challenge and responsibility. We love new ideas and you'll be encouraged to work collaboratively with your team to streamline and improve our services. At least 3 years experience working in an accounts-based or similar financial role is essential. Knowledge of the NDIS is highly desirable but not essential. You are Tech savvy and know your way around multiple systems, including CRMs, Google (Gmail, GDrive, sheets, docs etc) and have the ability to pick up new ones with ease. Positive 'Can Do' attitude. Ability to analyse a task and provide a successful solution. Friendly and enthusiastic approach to life You build relationships well, and value honesty and integrity in all you do. Requirements Must be prepared to undertake a knowledge/skills test as part of our interview process.
