Overview
The purpose of the role is to attend to a range of administration functions for the Link Fund Solutions business primarily taking ownership of invoicing our clients, attending to their daily payments and managing the administration needs of the business.
Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities
  • Preparation of client invoices, reconciliation of budgets and follow up of debtors
  • Processing of daily client payments on various banking platforms
  • Management of incoming expense invoices, obtaining approval and sending to the finance team for payment
  • Distribution of incoming mail
  • General office administration duties 
  • Liaison with Link Group office management / procurement / finance representatives
  • New staff onboarding
  • Ad hoc scanning and archiving

  • Eager to take full responsibility for tasks assigned
  • Confident phone / email manner
  • Ability to work as a part of a team of 120, and juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Strong people and time management skills
  • Able to co-ordinate conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Previous office administration experience
  • An understanding of the financial services industry would be a bonus
