About the role

This role provides key support to enable the smooth running of the Finance Department, covering the MS Society and Foundation general and subsidiary ledgers.  Duties include:

• Process high volume accounts receivable (AR) transactions which includes full reconciliation between the CRM and Finance systems and investigating any discrepancies. This includes invoicing, processing and collection activities for all services MSQ provide.
• Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations for review.
• Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, through to processing of payments to suppliers.
• Assist with daily banking and credit card reconciliations.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce applicable to the position.
• Proven organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated accounting knowledge and strong numerical skills.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with the NFP sector and/or the NDIS is not essential but desirable.
