About the role...
We have a vacancy for an Accounts Payable & Inbound Officer for a 6-month paternity contract. The role is located at our head office in Torquay.
Responsibilities include;

• Receiving and processing all invoices and credit notes
• Administering weekly payment runs
• Receive external delivery booking requests and register the booking
• Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice payments and enquiries
• Book all inbound shipments and confirm delivery details with supplier via email
• Support and assist warehouse staff with stock enquiries
• Respond to employee/creditor enquiries promptly and follow up any outstanding items with responsible personnel
• Month end processes, filing and archiving

About you...
Demonstrated Payable experience will ensure you are up and running for this contract and can hit the ground running. You will have a high attention to detail and take pride in being accurate with your work. You will have demonstrated experience within an administration role and be highly organised in your approach to your work. The role requires you to problem-solve and think analytically about your work and you will be able to demonstrate this from examples in your current role.
