It is located only a 5 minute drive from supermarkets and various cafes.

The successful candidate will have attention to detail, the ability to multi task and prioritize under pressure. The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable, take pride in their work and will be focused on providing a high level of service.

We would also like you to explain how you would manage stock levels of a seasonal product that is experiencing unprecedented sales? For example Swimwear is more popular in summer, please explain how you would ensure we had enough Swimwear in stock and on order to keep up with the summer demand?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person with a minimum of 5 years general admin experience with exposure to accounts payable, purchasing and inventory. The right applicant will have the opportunity to learn and be backup to the Finance Officer. Additional training will be provided where necessary. Prior experience working in a small to medium office environment with an understanding in manufacturing and seasonal business is preferred.
