A pivotal leadership position within the Corporate Finance Team, the Accounts Payable Manager leads a large team in the day-to-day operational delivery of accounts payable including development and implementation of service level agreements and key performance indicators. Providing strong operational leadership and subject matter expertise, this is a rare opportunity to lead a team of high performing professionals in delivering robust accounts payable support to the university. With the division having recently experienced a period of major change, this role requires a dynamic and resilient leader with demonstrated success in establishing positive, collaborative work cultures. With a background in functional and cultural transformation programs, ideally, within large and complex industries such as manufacturing, retail or FMCG, you will have a focus on continuous improvement and an interest in new technologies and automation opportunities. A confident, credible communicator with well-developed negotiation and influencing skills, you will have worked with remote teams and can easily navigate the challenges posed when managing stakeholders virtually.
