A great opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Divisional Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Manual processing and data entry of supplier invoices;
• Ensuring accurate & timely processing of a high volume of invoices;
• Weekly Timesheet entry and reconciliation;
• Reconciling supplier statements and accounts;
• Assisting in payment processing runs;
• Liaising with internal staff and external suppliers;

You will have:

• A minimum of 1 year's accounts payable experience, preferably in a high volume work;
• Sound numeracy and literacy abilities;
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills;
• A high level of attention to detail;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Any experience within the Construction Industry would also be advantageous;
