Accounts Payable Officer

GCo Solar specialise in Renewable Energy throughout Australia working collaboratively with clients to best suit individual project needs. GCo Solar’s experience in design, engineering, construction, installation and commissioning brings certainty of on schedule, on-budget completion, critical to large scale renewable energy projects

GCo Solar is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Accounts Payable Officers to join our administrative team. The successful applicant will undertake full function accounts payable duties and assist with other administration and accounting tasks as required.

This is a full time, permanent position based in our Subiaco office.

Qualification:

• Relevant qualifications in Bookkeeping or Business Administration would be well regarded but not essential

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in Accounts Payable, additional experience in Payroll and Full Function Accounts Receivable would be highly regarded.
• Construction industry experience would be highly regarded
• Experience using SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service focused
• Superior problem solving and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office applications, Excel in particular
• Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills.
