The Company

Our client is seeking your extraordinary Accounts Payable skills! This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading business in Perth's CBD in the retail industry, offering a dynamic work environment and culture. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be joining a high performing team for 6 months to cover maternity leave. You will be well supported by the team, working within a high energy department.

The Role

Your primary responsibilities will include;

• High volume invoice processing
• Compiling end of month reports
• Completing payment runs
• Handling supplier queries
• Matching invoices with purchase orders
• Reconcile and handle petty cash
• Ad hoc tasks as required to support the AP team leader

Your Profile

The successful candidate for this role will have:

• 2 years' experience in a full function Accounts Payable role
• Greentree experience highly desired but not essential
• High level of numeracy and reconciliation skills
• The ability to work within a team environment
• Intermediate skills in Excel
• Capability to hit the ground running
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Must be immediately available
