They are industry leaders across Australia who are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a 12 month contract with view for permanency. Based in Altona, this role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a close knit team and fast-paced environment.

Position Description

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, your role will include the following duties:

• Processing high volume invoices weekly
• Weekly payment runs
• Statement reconciliations
• Handling the AP mailbox
• Reception/ administration duties
• Adhoc duties to assist the broader finance team

  
Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, along with the following attributes:

• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role
• Motivated and reliable attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding communication skills
• Driven and self-motivated
