About the Role:

Supporting the Finance team, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day Accounts Payable function including prompt and precise entering of orders for payment processing and making sure deadlines are met. To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator and possess a strong understanding of financial procedures, systems, and policies.

Duties

• Coding and entering invoices
• Entering orders for payment processing
• Responding to external and internal enquiries
• Assisting with reconciliations, accounting, and clerical duties
• Assisting management with any administrative duties

Skills & experience required:

• Minimum 3+ years in an Accounts Payable position
• Previous MYOB experience desirable
• Intermediate Excel knowledge
• Enthusiastic, energetic & self-motivated
• Tertiary background in Accounting/Commerce highly desirable.
