We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our team located in South Guildford. This is a fast-paced role with rewarding challenges working in a supportive and inclusive team environment. The role is accountable for ensuring the accurate processing, verifying and reconciliation of high-volume vendor invoices and statements and processing vendor payments on a rotational basis. Additionally, this role performs ad hoc administration duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will have experience working with SAP and have a knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payable.

To be successful the following is required:

• Demonstrated experience in a Accounts Payable role dealing with high volume invoices
• Experiencing using SAP essential
• Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Natural affinity to system and process
• Proven time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
