About the role
This is a full time role but we do not currently require the successful applicant to perform Accounts Payable duties full time. The tasks for this particular position will be divided between Accounts Payable duties and WHS administration.
Accounts Payable Duties (3 days per week)
Experience performing Accounts Payable duties is required and knowledge of the building industry is an advantage but not essential. This is a fast paced role with a high volume of invoices being processed on a daily basis.
WHS Admin Duties (2 days per week)
We do not require an experienced or qualified WHS officer for this role. Our WHS manager is setting up an improved WHS system which requires an improved administration system. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valued experience in WHS which is highly sought after in the building industry.
The role of Accounts Payable / WHS Admin is a full time position, Monday to Friday, based at our Construction Centre at 26 Oakdale Road, Gateshead.
