We have a position available for an Accounts Payable Supervisor.

About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties will include:

• Reviews all payments made via credit card, EFT and monthly credit card reconciliation
• Approves processed invoices in mfiles
• Assists Branch Managers with general vendor queries, transition of vendors and exports information from SAP into excel for Branch Managers to check
• Ensure process guides of functions within the Accounts Payable Team are properly followed,
• Provides leadership for Accounts Payable Team staff including supervision, performance monitoring, and appropriate support and guidance
• Any other reasonable duties as required

About You

The ideal candidate for this role will be an Accounts Payable professional with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role and 5+ years overall experience in Accounts Payable. You are keen to bring your previous experience, are well presented with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. You are hands on and proactive, and can demonstrate excellent time management.
