Accounts Receivable, 3-6 months. Wetherill Park, $35 plus super

Our client is looking for and Accounts Receivable officer for between  3-6 months. The role will be based in Wetherill Park and work within a busy team. The reason is due to a backlog of debt which has accumulated over the last period due to a lack of resource and focus/ shift of work on supporting tenants throughout the pandemic.
 
Ideally the candidate will have and AR background from a retail shopping centre background, and will understand the complexity of these finance processes e.g. gross leases and nett leases.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable & Tenant Reconciliations, determine the debt owed and breakdown of costings
  • Arrears control- debt management of tenants both via email and on the phone
  • Sales verification and input
  • SAP experience 
  • Percentage rent calculations
  • Support in completion of Abatement forms- (Landlords need to give rent reductions due to Covid, collate sales information from tenants to determine reductions)
  • Culture fit is key- candidates will be proactive, enthusiastic, friendly and a team player
