Position Description:
Reporting directly into the Accounts & Administration Manager, you will oversee a medium sized division that incorporates Accounts Receivable and Administration staff. Your role duties will include:
  • Effectively lead, mentor and oversee a team of 10 staff
  • Management of the day to day operations of collections, allocations, reconciliations and customer call centre 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships across the business alongside external stakeholders
  • Train and support staff to confidently & efficiently respond to high volume customers queries
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across various platforms
  • Ensure team members diligently meet daily and weekly targets
  • Reporting duties 

Ideal Candidate:
The successful applicant with either have proven experience in a similar AR Team Leader role, or will be an up and comer who has overseen a smaller sized team and looking to take the next step in their career. Additionally, you will have the follow skills:
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the business
  • Dynamic and flexible personality
  • People first approach to both your team members and customers
  • Possess a positive attitude with a keen desire to lead and develop staff members
  • Proven experience in a fast paced environment
  • Uphold initiative and passion in leading continuous process improvement
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
