The Role

We are after an Accounts Receivable Clerk to be an essential member of our finance team.  You will be responsible for debt collection and reconciliation of financial records. 

Duties

• Debt collection
• Reconciliation of high volume accounts
• Accurate allocation of receipts
• Account related correspondence
• Obtaining payments from existing clients
• Issuing credits
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Weekly reporting
• Data analysis
• Escalations on bad debtors

Skills and Experience

• Full Australian work rights
• Have experience working in a similar role
• Have end to end accounts receivable experience
• Experience working with an AR software system such as Epicor
• Qualification in accounting desirable but not essential
• Previous experience in a medium-sized business
