Accounts Receivable Clerk

Do you enjoy solving problems and thinking outside the box? We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team based in Sydney.

We have a full-time opportunity for a motivated and driven Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance team in Sydney. Working with the finance team, you will be reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer in a role where you can manage end-to-end finance processes. We want someone who is self-motivated, has great attention to detail, and can communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role includes:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Maintaining a high quality of information on invoices
  • Use of client portals and management systems
  • Validating internal costs to ensure amounts and descriptions are verified and accurate
  • Following up with internal stakeholders regarding timeliness and quality of invoicing information
  • Preparation of monthly reporting, as required
  • Sending statements of account to clients ensuring outstanding balances are paid on time
  • Use of IT system – NetSuite, a fully integrated Oracle product
