About the Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Accounts Clerk on a full-time basis, to join our team in Beenleigh.

If you have experience in data entry, have strong reconciliation and debt collection skills, then this may be an exciting opportunity for you.

 

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Data entry
• Debt collection
• Processing receipts and payments
• Cylinder reconciliations/payment reconciliations
• Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
• Other ad hoc duties 

 

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following Key Attributes, Skills and Strengths:

• Prior experience in Collections and Administration
• Competent in Microsoft Word / Excel
• Strong communication skills to develop and build customer relationships
• A self-motivated, reliable and detail orientated individual
• Ability to multi-task
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
