About the Role  

As part of our strategy to Create a Safe and High Performing Organisation, we are currently seeking an exceptional  Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Concrete team!


Tasks in your role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries;
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all invoices raised in Command is invoiced out in MFG Pro.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records;
  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data;
  • Prepare invoices and credit notes.
  • Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status;
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end processes;
  • Provide relief to other accounts receivable assistant role while on leave.
  • Provide support in other ad hoc administrative task as required.
Skills and Experience  

  • Previous experience in a similar role and / or bookkeeping experience;
  • Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentially and attention to detail
  • Influencing, communication & interpersonal skills with all levels
  • Beginner level of competency in Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Excel
  • An ability to prioritise and manage expectations
