The Role

Joining our Administration team at our head office based at Berwick Toyota, the main purpose of this role is to ensure efficient and accurate completion of Accounts Receivable functions for the HFH Auto Group and its subsidiary operations. We require someone Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (hours can be somewhat flexible). 

Main duties for this role will be although not limited to:  

• Process and prepare daily banking
• Reconcile EFTPOS and credit card slips 
• Bank Statement reconciliations completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow up and collection of outstanding accounts including Trade, Cash and Fleet Debtors
• Maintenance of the Debtors ledger including assessment and processing of account applications and facilitating credit overrides
• Preparing Sundry Invoices and distributing as required
• Submitting cash flow information daily within the given timeframe.
• Run and distribute debtors reports within the given timelines.

Requirements for the role will include:

• Experience in a high-volume accounts receivable position
• Previous Motor Dealership experience highly desirable  
• Be process driven
• Have excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
• Communicate effectively both over the phone and in emails
• Ability to work full time hours Monday to Friday
