Our client was established over 40 years ago and have grown from strength to strength to become Western Australias biggest stockists of floor coverings. They have created an environment where some staff members are celebrating more than 10, 20 and 30 years with the company.  They have 8 of their own stores and 9 franchise stores and are now looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their company in Osborne Park. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Process and send daily invoices
• Prepare end of month statements
• Daily processing of Head Office banking and stores banking
• Update list of deposits unclaimed for stores
• Process any refunds to clients
• Drive to the bank if any deposits or cheques need to be cashed

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• A current driver's license and reliable car
