Accounts Receivable Officer

The Company

My client is a large NZ privately owned business with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. The business continues to go from strength to strength and with a recent structural change, the business is positioning itself for the growth going forward. This business operates in the technology space and is agile in nature.

The Role

As the Accounts Receivable officer you will be working closely with the Senior AR Officer and reporting to the transactional manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Invoicing
• Allocations
• Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with invoice queries
• Issuing remittance advice
• Ad hoc duties

Your Profile

Although this organisation is a large operation, the finance team is still close knit and you will be liaising with various people across the team so strong communication is required as well as good interpersonal skills. Experience with larger ERP systems is desirable as well as intermediate Excel skills.
