Accounts Receivable & Payable Officer

This is a great opportunity to join the finance team of one of Australia’s leading Vegetation Management Companies operating throughout Australia. Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

This newly created position will have a core focus on Accounts Receivable and will also play a key role in supporting the entire finance team. This will include at least 1 to 2 days per week AP coverage.  Responsibilities for this role will include, but won’t be limited to;

  • Accounts Receivable – Account Maintenance / Processing & Debt Collection
  • Accounts Payable - Invoice processing & account maintenance
  • Bank / General Ledger reconciliations
  • General Accounts / Finance Administration

Skills & Experience:

To be successful you will have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be willing to complete a variety of tasks and become an integral part of our busy team.  The following will hold you in good stead for this role:

  • Highly organised & pro-active work management
  • Debt Collection experience
  • High level of data entry accuracy
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

This varied role will not only provide the opportunity to shine with your data entry & debt collection skills, but also provide plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and become an invaluable member of our team. This is a full-time position located in our Lilydale office, with some flexibility around hours.
