Who We Are:

TOMRA Fresh Foods leads the world in designing integrated post-harvest solutions and services to the global fresh produce industry. We develop solutions for sorting, optimising and packing fresh produce ensuring that every consumer can have healthy and safe produce every time with full visibility across the value chain.

Key duties include:

• Completing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes in a project-based business that also includes various streams of recurring revenue;
• Work alongside the Commercial Finance Manager, Global Head of Sales and sales leaders and managers across the globe to contribute to order intake process, which is a key element for the business.
• Weekly KPI and Month-end reporting on Accounts Receivable
• Credit control and process improvements
• All associated bank transactions related to leasing
• CRM finance administration for Leasing Projects
• Supporting the Sales and Orders Office Administration function

About You:

You will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Sales Administration role, strong data entry skills, Intermediate level MS Office including Excel and an understanding of foreign currencies. Experience using ERP systems such as LN and customer management systems such as Sales Force and ServiceMax will be an advantage. Prior experience in a project-based business is desirable but not essential.

As well as your AR technical skills, you will need a positive approach and be a genuine team player. Excellent relationship management skills and ability to engage successfully with other areas of our business are a must for success.
