Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a values led organisation that have seen significant growth within their market due to their passionate and innovative approach. We are searching for Accounts Receivable Officer to join this close-knit and outcomes focused team for a 12 month contract.

Reporting through to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function and will provide accurate and efficient support. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of invoices, statements, calculations, and payment agreements
• Receipting payments received
• Assist with the allocation of payments as required, including resolving unallocated EFT receipts
• Assist in preparation of appropriate supporting documentation including timesheet breakdowns, statutory declaration, insurance certificates etc
• Follow up on overdue accounts and final notices
• Ensure all accounts are regularly reviewed and followed up
• Invoicing and debtor management of commercial debtors
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Respond to enquires

This position is well suited to a warm and outgoing accounts receivable professional who prides themselves on their ability to deliver results. The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence your client base.
