Due to the rapid growth of the business, our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis with view for permanency. This role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join a reputable business and close-knit team.

Position Description

Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Invoicing
  • Looking after a ledger of high value accounts
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Daily banking
  • Handling telephone account queries
  • Collection calls
  • Assisting with month end
  • Ad hoc billing

Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position along with the following skills and attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
