We are looking for looking for a “numbers wiz” who is also good with people and with strong telephone communication skills. The position is Melbourne based, and offers flexibility including the potential to work from home.

• Daily financial reconciliations
• Customer service

Requirements

• A strong aptitude and passion for working with numbers (we manage money)
• Exceptional communication skills and personal presentation – you will have direct contact and will need to liaise with customers and partners
• Ability to respond to telephone calls in a timely manner
• Empathy for our customers in the aged care and disability industries
• Initiative, as shown by constantly challenging manual processes to automate and minimising the need for customer calls
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Microsoft excel
• Desire to be involved in a rapidly growing small business
