About the role:
We are seeking an Analyst Program Scheduling and Reporting within the newly created Connect program team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Program Scheduling and Reporting within the program. Aggregates schedules, program wide data and provides centralised insights to the Program Director, Program Manager and Program Manger Team Lead to enable decision making and ensure program schedules are aligned.
What the role will involve:
Ensure program schedules and milestones are aligned to the Program objectives.
Set, monitor and report on the disciplines of schedule management best practices and systems across the program.
Create, maintain, monitor and report the program schedule from a top-down perspective, including milestones that align to the Program objectives.
Aggregate schedules, ensuring they are appropriate for and align with relevant audience requirements.
Collate periodic schedule progress updates from the program manager, program leads and project managers in a timely manner.
Align program reporting to program objectives and organisational governance.
Contribute and participate in developing a standardised and integrated program approach to program reporting.
Manage key internal stakeholder relationships for program reporting.
Key skills and experience:
Extensive experience in program wide planning, scheduling and reporting of complex large scale multi-disciplinary programs.
Extensive experience in analysing complex program planning issues and inter-relationships between programs or projects.
Substantial experience using various project scheduling and reporting tools and techniques.
