About the Department
In Financial Services we are responsible for the effective and efficient management of Council financial functions, including corporate and financial accounting, rates and purchasing & supply.

About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance, reconciliation and reporting of Council’s Infrastructure, Property, Plant and Equipment (IPPE) including acquisitions, disposals and depreciation.
You will be involved with the revaluation of assets as required and be responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements relating to IPPE. In addition, you will assist with the financial aspects of Council Vehicle Packages in accordance with Council Policy and participate in Council’s overall Fleet Management function. You will need to be able to work well on your own, as well as in a team environment.
Commencing Salary: $92,366.00 - $106,917.00 per annum, plus 9.5% Superannuation
